We're looking for a person who's:
Able to navigate multiple systems
Excellent communication and listening skills
Able to work independently
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Use effective communication strategies to retain existing customers
Previous experience on conducting interviews is an asset but not required
Responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound interview calls with the Canadian public
Gaining people’s cooperation to participate in a telephone questionnaire
Maintaining people’s engagement throughout the call
Asking and adhering to established script questions
Overcoming objections as they arise, and accurately recording people's answers
Ensure quality of interviews by adhering to guidelines and instructions

As a Market Research Interviewer, your everyday tasks will focus on speaking with people across Canada. This is not a sales role, so you will need to build trust with people and obtain valued insights from Canadians from coast to coast.

Make your own schedule with flexible hours:
You can choose to work anytime between:
Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 11:00pm EST
Saturday/Sunday 12:30pm to 8:00pm EST
Work as many hours as you want per week with a minimum of 20 hours (based on availability²)
Get paid easily with direct deposit
